TSB Founder Melanie White

I am an NCEA Master Esthetician and an Expert Beauty Mentor with over 20 years of experience providing luxury facial treatments, product and ingredient analysis, and make-up expertise. Most importantly, I am a mom. Coupling my passion for life with my appreciation for beauty, I have created The Skincare Boutique beauty guide to teach women that skincare is not just a chore, but a ritual, a lifestyle.


I have studied, tested, and sold OTC cosmetics for almost every major makeup and skincare line in the industry. I have coached and supported thousands of women with their self-confidence and beauty.  Over decades of working with clients, I have found a big part of feeling secure and confident is knowing truly who you are and staying grounded in this truth. This is the foundation we stand tall on. Our true beauty comes from within. This refers to our skin as well as our spirit.


I have included motivational scriptures in our custom clinical skincare rituals. If every woman read these as part of her self-care ritual, we all would have an opportunity to step into a deeper level of beauty and confidence helping us to be unstoppable women, partners, mothers, bosses, and nurturers. This grounding practice will help calm anxiety, fear, scarcity, and everything else we, as women, face every single day. 

Due to possessing a diverse product and ingredient knowledge-base, I was able to advance into medical esthetics, specializing in laser procedures, skin resurfacing, microdermabrasion, and advanced chemical peel techniques. It was in no small part, due to my experience in developing clinical skincare regimens utilizing our best medical grade formulas in the industry, that my passion for targeting individual skin concerns with a personalized touch really came to the forefront of my work.
